May Stableford - Sunday 20th May

Bright sunshine was forecast for Sunday 20th May, and for once they got it right! 17 players graced the lush fairways of Colne Valley to compete in the latest Stableford competition, the second of this year’s Order of Merit competition.

Roger Cook came out victorious after a level-handicap 36pts, which led him to be cut a shot to 14 - congratulations Roger on a solid win!

Second place was Alan Beattie with 35pts and third was Paul Carroll with 33, another podium finish for Paul.

With Captains’ Day just around the corner, Paul Carroll has developed an early lead in the 2018 Order of Merit, with double points up for grabs at the Bank Holiday Monday event on the 28th!
