Result of Round 2 of Ladies Daily Mail Foursomes

Claire Cosgrove and Jennie Boyden represented Colne Valley in the second round of the Daily Mail Foursomes yesterday.

They played against two ladies from Lexden Wood at home.

It was a great match, played in good spirit and great company. Claire and Jennie put up a great fight, they went 3 down, but fought back to all-square by the 7th.

Both played a very consistent game, but up against the winners from 2023 was tough, eventually losing 3 & 2 to a strong pair.

Well done to both, great experience, look forward to next year, Lady Captain, Jane
