Harris Greensomes Final

On a very blustery day Sue Drysdale and Cynthia Hollingsworth took on Jan Edwards and Maureen Devenish in this Greensomes competition which is Stableford format.
This was always going to be a closely fought match, with the teams receiving 23 and 19 points respectively.

There was just 2 points separating the pairs at the turn, but the 14th hole proved the turning point where Sue and Cinny scored 3 points and their opponents failed to score.
Maureen and Sue continued to play competitively, but even an easy birdie on 17 for them could not close the gap sufficiently.

A well deserved 3rd win of this trophy for the experienced pairing of Sue and Cynthia.
