Tom turned professional in 1997 and completed his PGA training in 2001. He has worked as an assistant professional under Peter Taggart at Frinton Golf Club since 1994. Tom is on the committee of the Essex Golf Partnership which works on golf development. He has worked as a full time coach for Coastal Golf Academy since late 2008. In 2010 he became a lead coach for the County Academy Programme, which involves coaching talented juniors from around the county. During 2010 he attended a number of seminars on coaching & club fitting including a wedge fitting seminar with Bob Vokey
Playing Achievements
Played Essex PGA and East Region tournaments for the past 8 years and currently continues a small playing schedule. Highlight of his playing career was in 2006 when he finished 2nd in the Essex Open with his best ever round as a professional of 7 under par.

Scott turned professional in 2000 and completed his PGA training in December 2003. He worked as an assistant professional under Peter Taggart at Frinton Golf Club from 1996 to 2008. He has worked as a full time coach for Coastal Golf Academy since late 2008. In 2010 he became a lead coach for the County Academy Programme, which involves coaching talented juniors from around the county. He continually attends PGA seminars improving his coaching knowledge. He has not only a sound knowledge of the golf swing and short game shots but also an understanding what is required to become mentally and physically fit for golf.
Scott is also a Level 1 Qualified Plane Truth Golf Instructor. He uses the "+ and -" Impact System, which helps in understanding a players impact and ball flight. This helps when choosing which part of the swing to fix to give the most positive effect on the golfers ball flight. The MyProfile system is an amazing online tool that allows golfers to view their swings from their lessons with Scott, to see a detailed explanation of diagnosed faults within the set-up and swing, and recommends personalised drills, practice planning and goal setting.
Playing Achievements
Played Essex PGA and East Region tournaments for the past 8 years and currently continues a small playing schedule. Highlight of his playing career came in 2003 when he won the PGA East Region Ad Pro Order of Merit event at Nazing Golf club. Scott had the honour of being the Captain of the Essex Professionals in 2010.

Ed is in his 2nd year of PGA training, he has worked at Frinton Golf Club as an assistant for 3 years. He is expanding his role within CGA in 2013 to take on more of an active coaching role within the academy. He will be coaching mainly at Frinton and working within schools for Coastal Golf in the Community. He is an enthusiastic coach and is keen to learn the skills required to become a top coach. He has experience of junior coaching working with Tom and Scott during 2011.
Ed also plays a range of Regional and Essex PGA tournaments trying to become as successful at playing as possible. Ed’s best golf achievement came when he was an amateur shooting 65 when off a handicap of 5
