Felixstowe Ferry won the Curry Cup 2013, playing at Gosfield Lakes against Fynn Valley.
The Team were - Ben Sayers, Jack Sayers, David Bloom, Jason Evans, Nigel Fosker, Paul Savage, Mick Thomas (Capt), Tony Burn, Ian Brown, Dave Southgate, Mark Benneworth and Lawrence Willmington.
The Curry Cup Competition is run between Essex and Suffolk golf clubs and is organised and run by Colne Valley Golf Club. This year the final was between the two Suffolk clubs and was played on 21st September 2013.
It was a tense finish with Felixstowe leading at lunch by 5 -1, and finally ending with Felixstowe beating Fynn Valley 9.5 to 8.5.
