Daily Mail Foursomes

The first round of the Daily Mail Foursomes(Ladies) Competition took place at Colne Valley yesterday 11th March. Our opponents this year were the reigning champions and our pairing, Karen Biggin and Claire Cosgrove were somewhat intimidated knowing that they were faced with last year’s winners. They quickly went 4 down but then realised that their opponents also made mistakes and after making full use of their shots they arrived at the 18th all square.So it was back to the first again where they then managed to secure the win. 
Huge congratulations to them both and we wish them luck in the next round
